Disruptive editing by User:Cossde
[edit]@Cossde: Please stop reverting my edits on this article- you seem to be determined to engage in an edit war and uninterested in even discussing the issues or giving reasons as to why you keep undoing my edits. Let me point a couple of things out to you:
1. He commanded the 53 division, not the 52nd ("Further, he has commanded the 53 Division, the one and only Reserve Strike Force in the Sri Lanka Army." That's a direct quote from the SLA article about him taking office that you can find here). You cite no sources, and yet keep changing 53 to 52.
2. What is a 'Spots' section?
3. Why does his sporting activities need a separate section? He's not a professional sportsman, and sports seem to be a hobby rather than a professional endeavour- why keep moving it to a different section?
4. Why does he need a separate section dedicated to his awards? Simply listing awards is a pointless exercise, since it's already there in the infobox. Unless you're putting the awards into context with an explanation of how he won those awards, for example, there's no purpose in wasting an entire section simply listing his awards all over again.
5. Why repeat his commands twice in the same section? At the beginning of the "Military career" section, this appears: "Karunasekara has held both battalion- and brigade-level commands during the Eelam War, and has commanded the 53 Division during its course" Then at the end, you've gone and put this in: "During the Sri Lankan Civil War, he held front line commands such as an infantry battalion commander and brigade commander and general officer commanding, 52 Division." You're repeating the same thing all over again! Not only that, you're basically lying about the 52 division, when the Army itself says he commanded the 53 division.
I'm struggling to understand what it is you're doing here. So far, you haven't even bothered to say why you're reverting the edits- you just seem to believe you're entitled to have your way at all costs. - ක - (talk) 17:08, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
